So word has it that Matt Damon will no longer continue his role as the great Jason Bourne.
Since Damon started his quest as the memory stricken, action star, he has produced three very drama, action thriller films; “The Bourne Idenity,” “The Bourne Supremacy,” and “The Bourne Ultimatum.”
Lately the news has been that all the top young actors in Hollywood are getting considered, there was literally a list of 15-20 actors who fit the profile.
It’s now being cut down.
The man choosen will play a Bourne like character living in the same universe as Bourne, that will make it possible for Damon to return somewhere down the line.
Names that are in the mix to play this Bourne character are Joel Edgerton, Dominic Cooper, Garrett Hedlund, Luke Evans, Logan Marshall-Green, Shia LaBeouf, and Taylor Kitsch.
Many of the names above will be screen testing starting next week for Tony Gilroy, who has been apart of the entire Bourne saga.
