Al Pacino Joins Gott: Three Generations

No stranger to the mob himself, Al Pacino is back at it again.

Pacino who once played the legendary and immortal Michael Corleone, will now set ties in with the mafia again in the film about the Gotti family.

John Travolta will plays John Gotti Sr, Lindsey Lohan will play Kim Gotti, who is John Gotti Jr.’s wife, Joe Pesci is aboard and will play the older Gotti’s right hand man, Angelo Ruggerio.

Travolta’s real life wife, Kelly Preston will play Gotti Sr.’s wife, Victoria (how convenient) and Angel Gotti, the daughter of John Sr. and Victoria, who will be played by the Travoltas’ daughter Ella Bleu Travolta.

Pacino will have a major part no doubt. He is playing the role of Gambino crime family underboss Neil Dellacroce, an associate and mentor to Gotti Sr.

We are still waiting to see who will play John Gotti Jr. although rumors a month or so back said James Franco was possibly taking the role, and we are also waiting on who will play Victoria Gotti, Juniors sister.

Travolta Talks Gotti: Three Generations

There was a big press conference held today at the Sheraton Hotel in Midtown Manhattan, in honor of the Gotti bio-pic.

Among those who spoke were Executive Producer Marc Fiore, John Travolta, and director Nick Cassavetes.

One of the first things addressed was the rumors of Lindsey Lohan possibly playing Victoria Gotti, and they were confirmed, infact, Lohan was sitting in the audience. They are in final talks.

Fiore did say he thought Lohan was a “terrific actress.”

Fiore then dropped another casting bomb saying the great Joe Pesci will be in the film and will play Angelo Ruggiero.

Travolta, who will play John Gotti Sr. had big praise for the film already claiming it is one of the most important stories that needs to be told to America.

“This is probably the most interesting untold story in this country,” Travolta said, adding that a recent five-hour long meeting with Gotti Jr. put him over the top.

He went to say that he has a passion for the Gotti family and that is what is driving him to make this film.

He cited the “beautiful love I feel from the family” and the dichotomy of Gotti Sr. as appealing, plus he said he is a fan of Growing up Gotti.

The team is in talks with a person to play Gotti Jr., with Fiore saying he hopes to have a deal to announce “within a week or two.”

Word is that Lohan is in final talks to play Victoria Gotti in the forthcoming “Gotti: Three Generations.”

Last week John Travolta signed on the dotted line to play John Gotti Sr. and there were rumors floating that James Franco is in line for John Gotti Jr.

Victoria Gotti, the daughter of John Gotti Sr. has become infamous with the once hit T.V show, “Growing Up Gotti.”

Known for her platinum blonde hair, if Lohan does finalize the deal, this will be the first major role for her since she came out of rehab.
